this is my holy savior for when im craving something sweet, thank me later ✣✤✥
ingredients:
1-2 big tablespoons of almond flour- 80 calories
2 tablespoons of granola (you can replace for oats, try to use a fine granola)- 50 calories
1 egg white- 17 calories
2 big tablespoons of yoghurt- 35 calories
1 tablespoon of stevia - 0 calories
1 small chocolate bar- 70 calories (i like using a chocolate bar but if you want to you can add 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips)

mix all the ingredientes together and add the chocolate bar last (or chocolate chips)
bake on microwave for 1:30 minutes or until the mixture starts separating from the mug
252 calories for whole mug cake
