what are the happy hormones? 

the holy trinity: dopamine, serotonin, endorphins. (there are others but these are the easiest to boost).

i'll quickly explain each one and how to take advantage of their properties, dont worry, i'll make this short: 

-dopamine: the hormone associated with pleasurable sensations. boost it by moving, go for a walk, dance, swim, etc. you can also meditate and do some breathwork or listen to energetic music in the sun. 

-serotonin: this one helps regulate your mood and overall life. increase your serotonin levels it by eating yummy food, getting a massage, listen to asmr or take vitamin d supplements. 

-endorphins: natural pain reliever. increase endorphins by laughing. you can also create art such as drawings, music, poems, etc. or unwind with a glass of wine. 


the key is to keep a nice healthy balance between all of these. easier said than done but possible. hope you have a nice day xoxo
