ways to boost and release happy hormones for depressed bitches * .・。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。.

 how to make your shitty day a little bit less shitty :') what are the happy hormones?  the holy trinity: dopamine, serotonin, endorphins. (there are others but these are the easiest to boost). i'll quickly explain each one and how to take advantage of their properties, dont worry, i'll make this short:  -dopamine: the hormone associated with pleasurable sensations. boost it by moving, go for a walk, dance, swim, etc. you can also meditate and do some breathwork or listen to energetic music in the sun.  -serotonin: this one helps regulate your mood and overall life. increase your serotonin levels it by eating yummy food, getting a massage, listen to asmr or take vitamin d supplements.  -endorphins: natural pain reliever. increase endorphins by laughing. you can also create art such as drawings, music, poems, etc. or unwind with a glass of wine.  the key is to keep a nice healthy balance between all of these. easier said than done but possible. hope you have a nice day xoxo

healthy low calorie vanilla chocolate chip mug cake

 this is my holy savior for when im craving something sweet, thank me later    ✣✤✥ ingredients:  1-2 big tablespoons of almond flour- 80 calories  2 tablespoons of granola (you can replace for oats, try to use a fine granola)- 50 calories 1 egg white- 17 calories 2 big tablespoons of yoghurt- 35 calories  1 tablespoon of stevia - 0 calories 1 small chocolate bar- 70 calories (i like using a chocolate bar but if you want to you can add 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips) -------------------------------------- mix all the ingredientes together and add the chocolate bar last (or chocolate chips)  bake on microwave for 1:30 minutes or until the mixture starts separating from the mug 252 calories for whole mug cake    ✣✤✥   ✣✤✥   ✣✤✥   ✣✤✥   ✣✤✥   ✣✤✥   ✣✤✥   ✣✤✥   ✣✤✥   ✣✤✥   ✣✤✥

  i heard somebody say she exudes skinny bitch vibes...  but for real i feel like all the characters she plays are iconic and she manages to portray every single one of them perfectly.  she has some really good outfit inspo specially in her 2013 era.  this is what she said in an interview after wild child came out and i think its hilarious:  "lots of today's teens feel pressured to take up cigarettes. Do you? I just think that it's gross. It smells bad, so it's not very appealing to me.  I think that it's weird that [teens] are peer pressured into smoking. how quarantine finished ruining my mental health (how i got back on track)

 not to be dramatic but this was the worst year of my life :)  quick disclaimer: mental health is super important but with this post i'm not trying to diminish or "minimize" the lifes covid 19 has taken. this is a serious matter. also please talk to someone if you are struggling, you can e-mail me if you want someone to talk to. so... when i first heard about the news of the virus spreading i was at a birthday party watching random people make out, talking to my group of friends and enjoying a drink or two. to be honest we were quite happy to miss school and some classes and we thought it wasn't going to last. fast forward to staying at home for months, the hell of virtual classes, missing birthdays and parties and, mostly, missing people.  my days were getting boring and dull, yes i'm aware that they're the same thing. it started to feel as though i was no longer part of my body or part of my life. it was like i was watching a movie about myself and couldn
